DDR – Disarmament Demobilization Reintegration

The peace process is an important milestone in Mozambique's history. Anima produced a communication campaign, including an animated video and radio spots, about the Mozambican ex-combatants, explaining the disarmament and reintegration process. During the creative stage, Anima recorded the narration, staging by ex-combatants, and the original music that was used in all materials. This campaign was developed by the Peace Support Secretariat in partnership with UNOPS. Its objective was to inform the population that ex-combatants were being reintegrated into society, and to motivate acceptance and support from all.
